Profesto has no fees other than the package monthly prices. So you won’t find yourself billed for any unexpected amounts.

You will be billed at the start of each billing cycle. The billing cycle starts the day you sign your subscription and lasts for one month for the monthly plan or a full 12 months for the yearly plan. So, for example, if you subscribe on September 4th for the yearly plan, you will be charged on September 4th of each year. And if you subscribe to a monthly plan, you will be charged on the 4th of each month.

Profesto is designed for small companies with up to 200 people. Therefore, it’s features and usability are tailored for companies of this size. If you have more employees, of course, you can still utilize Profesto perfectly. However, you may not find some sophisticated features specific to larger firms.

In case of an yearly subscription you sign a 12-month contract with the yearly subscription and pay for the 12 months in advance. The contract will be renewed for another 12 months at the next billing date. A similar logic works in the case of a monthly subscription, although the contract is renewed each month on a signing date. You can terminate the contract anytime, but the paid amounts are non-refundable.

Profesto customer data is hosted in the United States and utilizes Amazon data servers. Amazon is an industry leader in designing, constructing, and operating large-scale data centers. AWS data centers are housed in nondescript facilities, and critical facilities have extensive setback and military-grade perimeter control berms as well as other natural boundary protection. We use Secure Socket Layer / Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) connections to encrypt customer data in transit.
